Need to cancel?

What You Need to Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee of 20%. If you cancel within 8 hours we will have to charge 50% and no-shows will incur a 100% charge which will be due before any future appointments will be made.

Running late?

Don't Stress!

You Lil Beauty is a very popular Beauty Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. 

Vouchers

Please ensure your gift voucher is presented on arrival as we are unable to provide your treatment without your voucher. Only the recipient can redeem the voucher as they are not transferable. Expired vouchers will not be honoured. Under no circumstances will vouchers be refunded or re issued if lost, misplaced, destroyed, stolen or the purchaser and recipient change their mind after purchase.
If you book an appointment with a voucher and fail to attend the appointment without 24 hours notice of cancellation the voucher will be deemed cancelled. 

Children

Please be aware that You Lil Beauty is located within a physio where children are not always appropriate. If you need to bring your child, please contact You Lil Beauty prior to your appointment and be aware that they will be restricted to the treatment room. Any damages caused by children will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian to rectify. 

Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and GST is included. Prices are subject to change without notice at the discretion of You Lil Beauty.
Credit Card and Paywave transactions are accepted, however applicable transaction fees will be passed on to the consumer.

Product Returns

Please choose your products carefully in the salon and online as once they leave the salon we cannot return unless they are deemed faulty. Due to Health and Safety and Covid Guidelines once a product has left the salon we will not return or refund based on a change of mind.
